is Founder and Principal Broker of Units of America, LLC. Mr. Ramsire has an extensive background in real estate, specializing in the brokerage of multifamily assets. Although most of his recent activity has centered in the DFW area, he has also conducted business in various locations around Texas. He is in the process of earning the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council; this is the highest designation available to those in commercial investment real estate
Arien is a graduate of the University of North Texas, with a B.B.A. in Finance. While in college, Arien developed his passion for real estate while taking Real Estate courses with a very knowledgeable professor (Dr. John Baen). “I immediately gained a liking for real estate investment analysis, promotion, researching the market and learning how to add value to any given project. In the middle of my last semester in college I decided to get a sales license and I’ve been indulging every since.”
